關於道具

睇魔術，好多人第一時間聯想到道具，即係有機關嘅用具。其實道具嘅英文可以分做prop 同gimmick，用支筆變魔術，支筆叫prop；用支有機關嘅筆變魔術，支筆叫gimmick。魔術兩父子Harry Blackstone Sr. 同 Jr. 分別講過：

“The personality must be bigger than the prop.”

“Remember, your not your props, create the magic."

變魔術係變個魔術出嚟，而唔係示範件道具出嚟。魔術好唔好睇，唔等如魔術嘅難度。要不斷道醒自己，道具只係輔助，最終啲觀眾睇嘅，係魔術師。
